At times in our life most of us have had the experience of witnessing the body and mind, even though we may not have known what this witnessing really was. It's natural – even though at times the witness becomes completely overshadowed and becomes identified with being this person. As this witness, the “I” matures into the experience of its Self. It initially recognizes its Self as the one cosmic Self of all, and then eventually, as the All that IS. This talk matures the vision and invokes the memory of consciousness of the ultimate reality that it is and has been all along.
