Online Retreat Guidelines

Welcome to your Online Retreat


To get the most out of your online retreat experience:

  • Treat this time as though you are on a real retreat;

  • Stay in a private setting, free from outside disturbances;

  • Be with other retreat participants in your area, if comfortable;

  • Limit TV, computer, cell phone, electronics, visitors, socializing;

  • Eat simply, or prepare meals in advance if possible;

  • Do your regular meditation program;

  • Organize your routine around the scheduled meeting times;

  • Take short walks between meetings, preferably in the forest nearby;

  • Get plenty of rest; 

  • Let go of all expectations;

  • Leave decisions for after the retreat;

  • Follow the Retreat Schedule; 

  • Innocently favor the Silent Alive Presence in the space around you.

 

There is plenty of time between the videos for meditation, meals, walks, rest, and free time.
